Structures
The large lot has two buildings a pool and a deck. The smaller building, covering an area of about 1,008 sq. ft. is divided into 2 bedrooms each with an en-suite vanity and closet area and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Greenheart has been used for the wooden flooring. There is a concrete covered walkway in front of the bedrooms and a water cistern below them. The building has a solid roof but the inside is in need of complete refurbishment.
The main building is a 2 storey structure. The ground level covering an area of about 1,380 sq. ft is divided into a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, covered veranda, laundry and store room. The upper floor area covering about 660 sq.ft is an open plan living/kitchen/dining area and powder room with a partially covered veranda at the front. Again, the wooden flooring is greenheart as are the rafters. The rear patio is the roof of the ground floor bedroom and would need demolishing.
The window openings in both buildings are security grills with wooden shutters. The back door to the main house is a wooden stable door and at the front leading onto the veranda are double wooden doors. Both bedrooms also have double wooden doors.
There is a small plunge pool with a greenheart deck surround. The pool is empty and has signs of cracking. There is also an outdoor BBQ just off the front veranda.
There are two grass covered driveways which are very overgrown.
