Three Towers is located on Lot 42A, some 25,800 sq ft of land in Cherry Hill Phase 2 which was  once part of the Craigston Estate, and is located some 1.5 miles to the north of the main town of Hillsborough. (See location 6 on Map of Carriacou.) Access is via a twin, concrete track, estate road, leading off the Government maintained road from Craigston to Windward. The house was completed in 1999 and in 2008 underwent some improvements.

Non-Nationals must apply for an Aliens’ Land Holding Licence to purchase land and property in Grenada.
