Description

The Veranda Beach House sits in a sheltered cove resting naturally on the edge of Tom’s Bay. It is surrounded by a lush, well established tropical garden with several fruit trees. Its unique architecture and high ceilings make it spacious and breezy, taking advantage of the trade winds. In the center of the Great Room ceiling is a cupola which draws out the warm air. The house is fully furnished with much of the furniture being hand crafted by the owner from local hard wood. The kitchen is well appointed and the entire house is screened against insects. The windows are wooden louvers as are the internal doors. The floors are tiled throughout.
