A unique opportunity to purchase residential building lots with stunning, panoramic views of the Islands between Carriacou and Grenada, Tyrrel Bay and the Mangroves.
The lots are located on the hillside above Harvey Vale. They are accessed by a network of public roads running through the hills and private roads through the development. Harvey Vale, just a short drive from the airport and main town of Hillsborough, has the largest supermarket on the island and many local bars and restaurants. It will soon be the head quarters for The Ports Authority and house the main commercial dock as well as a state of the art Marina.

Once part of the Grand Ance Estate the 24 remaining lots being offered for sale are partly forested with the native mahogany trees with grassy meadows in between. Many lots have dramatic views over Tyrell Bay, The Mangroves and down to Grenada. The development is well maintained by the owners who are resident on Lot 33. The view from their home is awe inspiring and never fails to leave the viewer with an unforgettable experience.
